Liz Brodersen studied painting in Ann Arbor, Michigan, London, and New York.

After working as a graphic and fine artist for ten years in New York, Liz returned to Michigan to raise her two sons, Thor and Gus.

She now lives and paints in Royal Oak, Michigan, and shares her home with her human family as well as a Labrador Retriever named Mary, and a 15-year-old cat named
